- Founder of ValuCorp, a leading American Business Valuation and Corporate Consultancy firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Since 1999, ValuCorp has issued the highest-credentialed Business Valuations, Intangible Asset Appraisals, Fairness Opinions, and related financial consulting. ValuCorp transitioned to new owners in 2022 and Gilburd founded Gilding Strategies, LLC.
